You could have also talk to the office or ask to talk to a supervisor and show you priority date on your notice; however, your best option now is to appeal the denial decision.

If possible, see you can send a letter to local office (motion to reopen) and provide the information, they may reopen your case and approve it without need of 700$ appeal fee. Either way it’s best to go with immigration lawyer.

Better to appeal that, I see you are eligible 90 days early rule. But can you show us the anniversary date on your green card? I did a calendar math calculation for my case so it could help to show it to IO or his supervisor during the interview.

You hit exact 90 days on 02/10/2021. You should file N336 for hearing. This is USCIS error not yours.

This guy got denied and contacted Congressman and Ombudsman's office. After that he got approved. You should try to contact either.

The thing here is that on Feb 2021 only has 28 days instead of 29 days. I believe your IO miscalculate this so he/she made a mistake to deny your case. You should mentioned it.
