AOS vaccine panel question plus medical?

Question about the DS-3025 and the vaccine panel. My fiance has his medical exam today. The panel Dr. told him he can get the vaccines done here in the U.S. which he agreed to instead of there. He thought the Dr. was talking about the COVID vaccine, not the required vaccines for AOS like MMR. Since it is too late to fix it now being that his interview is tomorrow; when he comes to the U.S. does he have to do the whole medical exam again with a USCIS civil surgeon PLUS the vaccines for AOS? Or can we just go to a pharmacy, get vaccines done and print out the record and mail it with his DS-3025 form for AOS? His DS-3025 form says "K visa applicant elected not to have vaccines at this examination."

For vaccines you still need to go to a USCIS designated civil surgeon. The problem is that it’s hard to find one that will agree to do vaccine transcription only. They will make you take the medical again to make $$. You’re going to have to call around and see if you can find one who does vaccination transcription only for a reasonable price.

He can get them done at a pharmacy or private doctor, and take those documents to a civil surgeon who can fill out the I-693. The trick really is finding one who will do only that without a full medical.

He must have seen the same doctor my husband went to.  He was told the same thing and we assumed he meant the covid vaccine and thought he didn't need any vaccines.  Now we're scrambling to get these done without paying a ton of money.  At least you know now and you have plenty of time to plan for it.
