They always say i have to wait at least 28months from the priority date, then i can contact tier 2, or make an info pass. tier 1 agent just told me to wait. It's really frustrating to be honest. but thank you. Glad that your case went smoothly eventually.

If you have the chance to make an infopass, go for it. It might be easier to talk in person and get them look into your case right in front of you.

We actually scheduled one to know about our missing file and that's when they told us it finally arrived to our local office.

Yeah, that's true.wow, so glad you scheduled that appointment. May i know how you were able to make an info pass? Because every time when i tried to make an appointment, they wouldn't let me, and told  me i have to wait more.

We were lucky that back then, they still scheduled infopass appointments online, as a few days after we got it, they restricted them to just by phone.

Not sure what you could tell them to make them schedule you an infopass. Maybe that your case file has been missing for 6 months?

Ok yeah. That makes sense. We will try to schedule one. Hopefully, something good will come out. Thank you!
