We submitted on 6th July 2021 and went into active review on 21sr July 2021. We thought we were in Nebraska, we found out today we've been moved to California.

Looking at the processing times there it could be an outer 2 years before we hear anything. This is becoming a rela mental struggle.

California isn't the slowest center. If you look on VJ the average time for NOA1-NOA2 is 215 days.

The slowest center according to VJ is Texas (237) . You'll more than likely get your NOA2 before July.

Just checked and ours has changed to active review today also. Not sure what happened at USCIS, but seems like the July filers just got batch processed. Of course, we can't get too excited by this yet until approved.

Is yours still showing actively reviewing?

Yes, still showing that status. I read in the I think September file thread how some people had their approvals within a couple days of going to active review, and others could go on for months I guess.

Pd- July 26th, 2021.

Actively reviewing since Jan 10.

Vermont SC.

How long it should take to get an approval?

Ours took about 39 days. From actively reviewing to approved. Then NVC received 5 days later, after you pay the fees another 2 days to file Aos and wait again.

When you file the AOS after 2 days, do you also upload police certificate and court clearance? TIA
