Also, for what it's worth... I submitted the k3 in the end of October,  citing long processing times for the i130 and a cover letter explaining that I'm well aware of the differences in processing, and that with my new job, him being able to work right away was no longer a concern,  and to please consider the k3 due to the fact that not having my husband in my actual household is having a severe impact on my quality of life. I have a medical condition that doesn't qualify me for disability,  but the best med for me to take for it isn't something I should take being the only adult in the house.

I see that they seem to be processing January and February of 2021 according to a Facebook group I'm in... I can't help but think that in my case, filing the k3 helped the i130 to process.

Hello. did you send the original marriage certificate with your I-129F form or just a copy? thanks in advance!

I sent an original. Utah has to think I'm nuts, I've had them send me like 5 so far.

4th of July 2021 filer here. Waiting for NOA2.

Received NOA1 from Potomac. Yesterday I asked Emma for the first time, and "Your case is processing at the Texas Service Center. Also your case have not been transferred at this time."

Kind of confused, technically it was transferred even though Emma said no.

July 6 is my PD. Pretty much the same for me. I received a NOA1 from Nebraska, then was informed my case is being processed at the Texas Service Centre.

I filed my I-130 online and the NO1 receipt address shows it came from Nebraska service center. Today i Talked to a live agent through Emma and he said that my case is in Texas. Which one to believe?

I filed July 16th and I received my NOA 1 notice from Nebraska Service Center as well. I checked today through Emma and my case was also at the Texas Service Center.

Hi everybody! I have a question regarding Affidavit of Support at NVC stage. Is it required to attach 2021 tax return or is 2020 tax return okay? I wasn't planning to file 2021 tax return until March of this year and don't want to wait that long until I submit AOS. Should I go ahead and submit with what I have which is the 2020 tax return?

Any insights would help. Thanks.

NVC understands it is time of the year and you have till APRIL 15 to file the taxes.  If tax return is not available, you can include W2 for 2021.  You can write a note saying 2021 tax return filing is in progress.

Plz when a case says actively reviewing by USCIS, how long more will take USCIS make the finial decision or get back to the applicant

thanks

It depends, some cases take months and some takes couple of days; my case has been in active review stage since 86 days.  Hope yours is different and you will get the approval soon.
