I see. Hacking Immigration Law, hes a lawyer whos done over 70 mandamus lawsuits on the Casablanca consulate has said lately that they are fighting back on those. He recommends waiting at least a year before suing. You could also go on his free immigration live show on tuesdays and thursdays and ask him a free question but im sure thats what hes gunna say.

Hopefully since the date is changing it means soon they will move forward with it!

Funny thing is I recently reached out to Hacking. He already told me that the lawsuits are getting dismissed. He said wait till next year. He also said Casablanca seems to be one of the toughest consulates he’s seen. How do I join the lives ?

I was thinking the same thing. I don’t understand why they would look at/work on the file every for nothing.

Ahhh, i see, he is great but its a shame the consulate is fighting back now. His next live is on Thursday, November 2nd, at 12 pm CST to join the live you can email info@hackingimmigrationlaw.com or send a DM on their Facebook or Instagram for the link. He also posts the link to join the live on the youtube live chat but its better to get the link beforehand so u can be on there and hell call on you.

My friend was in AP for K1 for about 3 months recently and got his visa issued, he didnt have a second interview but i think the fact they kept her passport is generally a good sign 🙏
