Hi everyone,

I'm a little confused, on my case file status it says actively reviewing, and in the case history it also says the same.

However in the documents section we have a letter of I-130 approval.

My question is whats the latest position, should we go by the letter of approval we have received or the actively reviewing notification in the status section.

I have included pictures below

Then that may mean you don’t have any documents in your USCiS account.

yep,  i posted that because it totally is confusing if u are not prepared

NVC now will assign the new case # with the 3 letters for each embassy and then the year it transferred

example casabalnca for us is CSB

so ours was CSB2014xxxx

We received NVC case number and welcome letter for only 1 petition which is my daughters, but not for my other daughter or myself.... is this to follow? It also says my daughter is the principal, should it be me as they are children, what should I do?

when the case reaches NVC ask for the 2 cases to be handled together for the interview and email them that u are petitioner to be safe

We are at NVC now and I’m not the petitioner I’m the principal (but they have my daughter down as the principal), my husband is the sponsor. And also what’s the email address to ask for this ? I sent a query via the website- the public inquiry, is there a better way? L

NVCInquiry@state.gov.

i think has to be sent by petitioner

he has applied for u and 2 daughters

so,  3 petitions u are principal on 1 and they on the other 2
