The other hasn’t replied to anyone as far as I have seen. So pretty much it’s just Roa who is available for use.

Second when you go to schedule the medical you won't be able to until you have both covid vaccines.

When contacting them reference the CDC Technical Instructions that all Panel Physicians must follow: https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/panel-physicians/vaccinations.html "Although refugees and K visa applicants are not required to receive vaccines before traveling to the United States, they must meet the vaccination requirements when applying for adjustment of status or permanent resident status in the United States. Therefore, for these applicants, panel physicians must complete a DS-3025 Form if the applicant provides reliable vaccination records. A copy of this form must be provided to the applicant for use as his or her vaccination record in the United States."

The other doctor apparently said they will accept appointments but you might end up in AP after the embassy

Can I ask what group? Would really appreciate being added.

Also in response to the rest. We have spent days and finally have a "solution". According to the department of states website any immigrant visa applicant is eligible for a exception from the COVID vaccine if

  • Not routinely available
If none of the approved COVID-19 vaccines are routinely available in the country where the panel physician practices, the “Not routinely available” reason should be documented.  If an approved COVID-19 vaccine is available to the applicant but limited supply would cause significant delay for the applicant to receive it, then this situation would also be considered “Not routinely available.”

https://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/panel-physicians/covid-19-technical-instructions.html

Both doctors told us to come anyway without the vaccine and to see if the doctor will grant the exception
