Hello everyone! My mom petitioned my brother on 2014 from Philippines. I always looked at visa bulletin but never quite understand it. There is Chart A and Chart B, which one are we looking at to find out what is processing currently? Has anyone gotten anything from NVC yet?  How much longer is the wait?

Chart B is when DS-260 can be submitted online to NVC. Chart A is when the visa number is actually available. If he is chargeable to the Philippines then look at the Philippines columns.
