Your partner is required to make £18600 in the U.K in order to sponsor you for a marriage visa in the U.K. He doesn't need to factor in your child as your child should have a U.K passport.

What is more important? Bringing your partner over to the States or to re-unite the family? If its the latter, you might want to look at moving to the U.K on a marriage visa (I believe the process is not as long as US spousal or fiance visa) and living in the U.K together. Then after you marry you can apply for the U.S spousal visa (this is where you are required to make 125% poverty threshold- $27, 450 for a family of 3 BUT if your father is sponsoring your partner the household size will include your partner and any dependents he lists on his taxes)

Either way, immigration is extremely expensive and you should both look for ways to increase your earning potential.

Does he drive? Where in Wales does he live? If he is able to drive then there are quite a few jobs going at the moment depending on his location.

He doesn’t drive yet, he lives in a small town called Mountain Ash. It’s about an hour from Cardiff.

I think this or the post below is best. He will not be approved esta after being denied a B visa.

this is good too!

He most likely will not get esta as he's been denied a B visa

Utah marriage and nice long visit while you while you wait some of the process out.

So we could do the Utah zoom marriage, then apply for a spousal visa and while we wait on that I go over for 6 months to visit? While we wait some of the process out

Yes, but you would have to wait until you are together physically in the UK before you could file the I-130 petition.  Zoom marriage certificate alone is not enough.  I-130 can be filed online from anywhere in the world, so no problem there, file the day after you arrive in the UK, if you can stay there for 6 months and then return to the US to wait out the rest of the spousal visa process, between 1 and 2 years.  Good luck!

I know this probably isn’t likely but what about if my father co sponsored me so me and my daughter could go live with him in Wales, is that possible?

No

Do the Utah zoom marriage, go over to visit and as soon as you're are over jet lag get the forms filled out and start the process.

I know you have thought about moving to him, but unless he can meet the financial requirements on his on for the UK process that will not happen. If you want to be together sooner then later file to have him come to the US. He can then further his work experience and maybe later be able to take you all back to the UK.

If you are not physically present together during the ceremony then you'll have to consummate the marriage before filing Form I-130; see INA 101(a)(35): "The term "spouse", "wife", or "husband" do not include a spouse, wife, or husband by reason of any marriage ceremony where the contracting parties thereto are not physically present in the presence of each other, unless the marriage shall have been consummated."

Form I-130 has an online filing option: https://www.uscis.gov/i-130

Sounds like a good plan. What will I tell boarder control? I have visited 3 times in the past and have stayed for 6 months each time. Always with round trip tickets but I’m afraid they will turn me away this time. (I have anxiety) do I just tell them we are visiting her father? What ties should I say I have back home so they know I will return? Thank you

We have a daughter together so. And we’ve visited multiple times. 2 for her. 3 for me

Further clarification regarding "consummated": https://fam.state.gov/fam/09FAM/09FAM010208.html "A proxy marriage consummated prior to the proxy ceremony cannot be considered a valid marriage for visa adjudication purposes unless it has been consummated subsequently." Thus if you are not physically present together during the ceremony then don't file I-130 too early; i.e. before properly meeting in person subsequent to the marriage ceremony.

In this context consummated equals in the same space
