Just notify the consulate that you are withdrawing the I-129F to get married.  You should realize that a spousal visa case will likely go through the same administrative processing .  If you marry, the K-1 visa is voided, and you will have to start from scratch.......and it will take another 18 months or so.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

you can contact embassy and tell them u will marry (but i wouldn't as most from India go thru long AP)

but you can meet and marry and apply CR1 -the process will take about 18 to 24 months to interview and then the AP for several more months

so,  why not just wait and see if the embassy finishes this AP and asks for his passport?

but if u go and marry and then hear the K1 visa is issued,  the visa is invalid and u HAVE TO DO CR1

your choice

the best to u both

Yes thats why we decided to wait for the hearing of this case since we spent so much money and time into it already, case last updated changed as well so I hope thats a good sign they are working on it, its still showing refused though.
