That was very fast and smooth! Congrats! Can I ask you what year you originally started your immigration process with USCIS. Just trying to understand if there is connection between duration and the age of the A-file. Thanks

Hi everyone, I had commented before but just wanted to give a little update, my interview was scheduled! (for Jan 18th 2022)

-filled Oct 9th

- biometrics waived Nov 1st

-case being actively reviewed by USCIS on Nov 1st as well.
-interview scheduled Dec 14th.

i applied on the first day I was eligible under 3 year marriage rule (Oct 9th) but the submitted date on the website shows Oct 8th. I read it happens to some people so I’ll update on that situation after the interview!

Hello, Thank you. I started with a K1 in 2018 first entry March and got my first green card October 2018, my second 10 year green card 2020 and than filled 3 year rule in October 2021.

Thanks for your reply. Based on everything that I have read recent files like yours are in an electronic format and that is why people are getting their interviews fast, and people like me and many more who have very old a file that are on paper takes much longer to process. But again Congratulations on your citizenship! It is a big achievement!

I just got a notice today that I have my citizenship interview scheduled on Jan 18. Wow, that was quite fast. I sent my application via online under the 5 year rule on Oct 11. That’s only about 3 months of turn over time. I am grateful and thank God this will be over soon and successfully 🙏🏻😊 Happy Holidays to us all!

Hey when do you make 3 yrs as resident? Just making sure because you can’t naturalize if you don’t meet 3yrs at time of interview I believe.

Does anybody have a pending I-751 along with N400? I just got a notification that says they’re ready to schedule an interview for my I-751, but my N400 has not changed from “case is being actively reviewed”. Does that mean they’re going to have a combo interview?
