There are three sections of the Civics Naturalization Test.

a. American Government

b. American History

c. Integrated Civics (Geography, Symbols, Holidays)

There are many questions with their definitions that cover all the  three areas.

E.g.

What is an amendment?  A change or addition to a constitution

What does the constitution do? -

What is freedom of religion?

What is rule of law?

You will be asked 10 questions and required to get at least 6 correctly. You just need to understand what they all mean because the questions will be randomly selected. But the good thing is that the definitions are easy and short, so you wont have to memorize too many things.

If you have a android phone, go to the Google Play Store and download this app " Practice Civics Test" it will help you a great deal. Use to learn and also test yourself.

I wish you good luck in your interview.

@BlessedBunny In addition to what @Jesusboy mentioned, they might be referring to the part 12 of the N400 application, you might want to review that before the interview. For e.g. there is a yes/no question- "Do you understand the full oath of allegiance to the United States?", a person might be asked the meaning of the "oath of allegiance", or to define the "noncombatant service" etc. from the other questions. Hope this helps!

I sent a message from MyUscis to check on my N400 (Detroit Filed on 10/17/21) and they replied saying 'the case has been entered in the system that schedules interviews at the local office and the interview will be scheduled when a slot is available'. Sounds like a cliché 🤷‍♂️

Congrats! I got scheduled for the interview in June as well, I got the notification this morning. I wonder what should we do for the pending I751, if the file is not yet at the field office that will cause a lot of delays. Should we call the 888 number or send a message through uscis account 🤔? The interview notice only mentioned N400.
