Hi guys,

I have an urgent question and I hope I get an answer soon!

I'm the petitioner for K 1 visa, and I'm originally was born in different county, so I'm not originally American but a naturalized American.

Do I still need to send a birth certificate from abroad? or A naturalized  citizenship certificate is enough? Note: I'm a petitioner here!!

And for a beneficiary, does he need to send a residency proof ? or his passport and his birth certificate is what required for a beneficiary documents?

Thank you so much!! Please respond to me as soon as you get those questions , that would be a great help for me here!!

Thanks

How is this question urgent? No one is dying or about to be deported; nothing urgent here.

To answer your questions: download the K-1 instructions from the USCIS website. Starting on page 10, you can read exactly what evidence you need to include. In your case, you can send your naturalization certificate or copy of your US passport as proof of US citizenship.

A birth certificate or copy of passport of the beneficiary is not needed at this stage, as you were already told in your previous thread 6 (!) months ago (so it's not that urgent...).

1 You the US citizen not need your Iraqi birth certificate, you just need the naturalization certificate from the US.

2 the beneficiary if he reside in Iraqi and his birth in Iraqi he not need any prove of residents
