Retrogression effect for CSPA beneficiary

Hello every one , My priority date is Nov 8,2006, category F4. Our visa first became current in October 2019, my age at that time was 23 years old(DOB-may-29-1996). I requested for CSPA calculation to NVC in December,2019 and they responded back on February,2020 stating I was eligible under CSPA(my CSPA age became 20 years) . Unfortunately on same date i.e. February,2020 our final action date retrogressed. But still I managed to pay my fees on February,2020 and submitted DS-260 on March, 2020.
I was worried about my age freeze so I again emailed NVC asking if I was still eligible under CSPA and on July,2020 they responded saying "I was eligible under CSPA , US consulate at the time of interview will take the final decision".
And finally next week we have Interview, and my name was in an interview letter. So does this means my age got freezed based on October,2019 date or there is chance that they would deny me at my interview?

If you are the primary beneficiary, your age does not matter.

Was the F4 for you or for one of your parents?

Yes.

Your visa was initially available Oct '19. With your cspa, you paid fees and submitted DS260 on Mar 2020. You sought to acquire the visa within one year of Oct '19, so your cspa is locked based on that date. You are good. Any retrogression won't affect your cspa age.

Is your PD current now? While your cspa is locked, a visa can't be issued until the PD is current.
