Hello, any DQs today as well as when did you submit your docs ?

Hi @Leo552iv Welcome to the forum, it's a great place to keep us all supported through what is a tough and long process.

Whilst I understand that waiting for updates especially when your submission date is close is really tough, repeatedly pasting the same message each day is not helpful, the mods on here will see this as spamming the forum and your posts may get removed. Also it's unlikely that anyone will get feedback responses on a weekend. I think we can trust that most people who are active here will post fairly quickly once they get feedback from the NVC. If we have not heard anything in a few days then fair enough asking for update from people maybe warranted, but everyday is uncalled for. So please be patient.

Whilst you're waiting  it would help if you updated your profile and timeline, so that others can see where you are in your journey, and will be able to help you with any future queries you have.

If you find my post helpful please hit the 🤍 heart icon and hit 'Like' or 'Thanks'.

Thanks a lot bro. I hope its not very long.

Current case review time: As of 13-DEC-2021, we are reviewing documents submitted to us on 13-SEP-2021.

This is definitely exciting, I resubmitted on September 21st so hopefully in a matter of days I hear something 🙏. Let's stay strong 💪

A birth certificate issue but we sent the proper paperwork right away

sorry you had to wait another 3 months.

I can't imaging waiting another 3 months when our docs get reviewed. This wait game is killing us.

We are very very fortunate our I-130 was approved in 70 days, but still, the wait at the NVC is also very denting

Good luck

Yeah our I-130 was also approved in 70 days but NVC has given us a harder time. Hopefully this time we get DQ'd

because I would hate to wait another 3 months ugh.

Best of luck to you and hopefully you get DQ'd soon.
