You’re giving me hope. My original submission date is September 18. But added one more document in October so I guess when you submit additional documents it doesn’t change your date!

I don't remember exactly, but sometime at the end of August. Maybe around Aug. 25th. Sept. 8th was just the last file we uploaded and hit submit.

Oh so in august you didn’t submit your documents. You just uploaded? And then you submitted everything in September ?

No, we submitted the beneficiary documents end of Aug. It took me a bit longer to gather my tax and joint sponsor docs, so we then submitted the rest on Sept. 8th.

Oh okay I see! So basically the civil documents you submitted in august and the required financial documents you submitted in September?

We submitted September 9. And we had our I-864EZ rejected because by accident we only scanned 5 out of the 7 pages of the form. Does anyone know if we have to wait another 3 months to get reviewed or the process can be sped up by any chance or method? Literally everything else was accepted and we screwed up by not scanning all the pages I the form.

I woild say if you haven’t already resubmit ASAP. I saw someone in another group who wasn’t DQ’d because they were missing their W2. They uploaded it that night and the next day they got DQ’d! I’ll try to look for that post and post it here.

We got DQ'ed yesterday!!!! RE Submitted August 23rd...

I called them and was on hold for 90 mins... When I talked to the agent he said your case was complete 20 mins ago... Crazy!!!!

 

Do any of you guys know how long it might take the NVC to schedule the interview with Moroccan Embassy? ETRANGAIS? Any idea?
