We submitted all our documents to NVC, 20th August 2021 and Still There, now they are reviewing docs sent on september 7,  did they forget about us?

Not all cases are the same.

Your case could be in active review right now, it might just be taking more time than others. Some cases are complicated and others are straight forward

Did you try calling NVC?

Hello,

We submitted September 9. And we had our I-864EZ rejected because by accident we only scanned 5 out of the 7 pages of the form. Does anyone know if we have to wait another 3 months to get reviewed or the process can be sped up by any chance or method? Literally everything else was accepted and we screwed up by not scanning all the pages I the form.

Thank you

Welcome to VJ,  great to hear your got reviewed, sorry it was a RFE. Based on others experiences there is no way to speed this up, you'll need to re-submit and that date becomes your new submittal date and you got back to end of the queue and you need to wait for the NVC to get to it. I know this is probably not what you want to hear but many of us are in similar positions where everything was approved except for one minor error and are now waiting for our 2nd submission to be reviewed.

Unless they asked for something unusual (that is not in the original list of required document), you get put in the back of the list and you have to wait the full 90 days

But again, you never know, this process is full of surprises
