My Pd dec 2018 transfer California to Vermont still processing .last update on dec 2019 .I send many outside normal processing inquiry plz 🙏🙏🙏help me my case is still pending.I m lrp .I connected to congress man also 😭😭😭I am sick now plz help me

Sorry to read that you have to wait that long just for approval. I am in the same boat but my case is not that old like yours. Seems like you did every thing in your power. Have you tried talking to Tier 2 officer to see why is it taking such a long delay. Covid might have played a role creating such a long delay since every thing is backed up but if you havent tried talking to Tier 2 officer I would suggest trying that and other than that wish you all the best, Hopefully your petition gets approved  soon or become a citizen and upgrade your petition as well if you have that option to use.
