I know a pending I-130 has no influence over an L1B application since they are separate and an L1 is a dual-intent visa.

How about an approved I-130 for a spouse. The process after the I-130 approval is extremely lengthy through the NVC process and the lengthy wait until Consular interview.

Will there be interference with any of the following for the L1:

1. I-130 Approved but no DS-260 Immigrant Visa filed with NVC

or

2. I-130 Approved, DS-260 filed and awaiting consular interview in X months.

Needed by employer to be in USA but don't want issues. Please advise.

Just trying not to miss anything here. I know that once a new type of visa is granted - it cancels other types. So in this case there’s no interference until the CR1 visa is granted at consular interview. In which case the CR1 will cancel the L1 - which is perfectly fine.

understanding correct here?

Well, you would want to enter on the CR if you have it to get a green card, correct?
