Hello,

I am wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation and could provide some guidance. My partner and I are currently preparing for the interview at the embassy for K1 visa. I was previously denied ESTA due to overstay. I applied for a b1/b2 visa which was successful. Will i be asked about these during k1 interview?

I don't believe on the I-129F form there was any option to disclose such information, I did however, include it on the DS-160

I'm not sure if it's relevant or not, but I was never given a ban etc. as my overstay was 24hours and when applying for ESTA the following year I said i overstayed. SO worried this is will badly affect k1
