How do I answer is this child immigrating to the US at a later date to join you?

Hello! We are at the NVC stage filling out the DS260....just a little confused with this question...any help would be appreciated  

 

I am petitioning my husband and we are at the NVC stage. He has a daughter who is under 21 who he does not intend on petitioning for until he becomes a citizen (so years from now) We are on the question "is this child immigrating to the US at a later date to join you?" Do we answer yes or no to this? She will still be under 21 by then.

Since no action has been taken for the daughter, the answer should be no.  The confusion is understandable.

Thank you for your response! Some of these questions can definitely be confusing. We didn't want to miss out on the opportunity to bring his daughter here in the future. Thank you for your help!

His daughter's name goes in a section of the petition anyway.
