Case under review after interview

Had our AOS interview today, it was pretty easy. She only asked us basic questions like our birthdays, address, date of marriage, etc. She also asked for proof of marriage like bank statements, tax transcript, and any other proof that we live together. We've been dating for like 15yrs before we got married and we have showed her tons of photos of us together from several yrs ago. We thought everything went well. But she handed us a paper that says case under review. 

 

The case status hasn't changed as well. It still says "case is ready to be scheduled". Should I be worried?

No reason to worry; some cases are approved on the spot and some go through review -some because the actual file was not there at the time of interview-.

Our interview was at the end of January 2020, right before COVID unfolded locally in our state. It took three weeks before the status message changed to "new card is being produced."   There were no red flags or reasons to worry, but it was nerve-wracking all the same.

 

Hopefully you don't have to wait so long, but if it stretches out a bit - totally normal.  Good luck!
