Hello Everyone1

I have some silly questions.

My wife had her interveiw for her K-3 Visa and got approved :dance:

We are now home in the USA. And want to get started on filling out the AOS forms and work authorization form.

They ask for the I-94 # Where do you get that from. Also the work Authorization form ask for the A# Where would that come from. Very confused right now. Any help would be appreciated. Also when she came in on the K3 will she need an advance parole to travel. Thanks in advance.

The I-94 number should be on a stamp in your wife's passport. She does not need advance parole to travel with a K3 - she can leave and enter on it multiple times before it expires.

Hello,

You got the A#( Alien Registration number) in the visa attached to your wife's passport. Look it closely at the lower part and the you can see there A#............ The I-94 also she got it from her first entry in the US. She can't enter the US unless she will present I-94 to an immigration officer. The airline company that boarded her here gave her that form before the plane landed in the US.....Hope it helps.
