Looks way better than what you sent initially.

Make sure your father in law writes a long term contract that you both are responsible of.

And I guess you'll include each and every bank statement from 2017 to date -that'd be well over 50 statements-.

Hope everything goes perfect this time. Good luck!

Thanks so much appreciate. Do u think they will accept it?

I think you're now presenting strong evidence -unlike your initial submission-. That makes the approval more likely.

Let's hope for the best!

A power of attorney is a notarized letter where you grant another person the power to take decisions on your behalf.

You and your spouse can get one each and add as evidence.

Great idea we didn't think of this thank u so much 😊

So guys hope ur all doing well updated on my Ref we're still gathering evidence. Quick question 🤔 though me and my husband we have 1 joint account and 1 separate savings accounts we did the 1 separate savings cause of security purposes hacking issues. Now we wanted to open joint savings before the Ref came doing things they will raise question on why we're opening a new savings account together?when we add it to our evidence?

I don't think it will raise questions.  It's normal for married couples to have joint savings accounts.  Since this account is so new it just won't be considered strong evidence for financial co-mingling.
