Hello community,

Me and my wife are about to file this form, along with proff of marriage bona-fide, and we have never lived together nor have any properties, file taxes together, etc. we only have plane tickets, gifts we made for each other, pictures (circa 2014-2021), from vacations we have spent together,  to our wedding this last august, also conversations we have daily, but we feel ike it´s probably not enough and we´re a bit nervous about that. We also have two affidavits, one from a close friend and one from her father.

So my question is if that´s good enough or not?

Regarding all those events you two were together, try gathering any passport stamps or boarding passes/iteneraries, receipts of flights, hotels, or of anything you two paid for travel/lodging/entertainment. That will be the strongest evidences of bonafide relationship.

Passport stamps and/or boarding passes are primary evidence of time spent together in person.  Time together is the strongest evidence of a bona fide relationship.

Normal for a couple not living together.

Of course, the most important proof is the marriage certificate and its translation.

Thank you, we got married in the US, so the certificate is in English 😊

Thank you for your response, we do have those included on the photos package, I also went to college in the US and lived there for 4+years, which is the time we met, I don’t know if that’s something that might matter here.

Thank you, we do have all of those and some more evidence of time spent together, I hope it’s enough evidence to support our marriage 🤞🏼
