MRV - Courier Service Registration help!

Hello guys, I was wondering if someone could help me. After a long wait, I finally got a letter from NVC telling me to apply for and prepare for visa interview. They told me to go to this website: https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/applying-for-the-visa/

 

I could not do step 1 because they needed my DS-160 number which I did not have because that was step 2, therefore I could not do step one. I have now completed step 2 of DS-160 and I am trying to now do step 1. However, I am quite confused as to what step one is, am I meant to send documents somewhere? and if so, what exactly are the documents I need to send through MRV - courier service. If someone could tell me this, I'd be grateful. Thank you.

I’m not sure why they have that Step 1 in the list about registering for the courier because it happens in Step 4 when you go in to book the interview. That used to not be on the page. It’s confusing.

 

This is the order I suggest:

1. Complete the DS-160. Save as you work on it.
2. Gather/order everything you will need for the medical exam. Get you shots. See list of what to bring to exam. https://visamedicals.co.uk/united-states/
3. Gather all documents needed for interview. Read the details https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/fiancee-2/required-documents/
4. Call clinic and get an exam date. 020 7486 7822.  Allow a week between medical and interview for best results.
5. Book interview, pay fee, and arrange courier through the Visa Appointment Service website at https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-gb/iv
