This.  Consider drafting wills, medical powers of attorney, and similar documents.  These make excellent evidence for ROC, and they're even more crucial to have in "life."

Yes let me say our ROC nightmare at our N-400/I-751 combo interview. This was a sticking point with the interviewer. She wanted to know where the Will was, Life Insurance, medical directive, why weren't all the bills in both names.
we had Car Insurance 3 joint accounts, Taxes for 3 years, affidavit pictures and she still was a pain in the butt.

After we left that humiliating, devastating interview we immediately started on evidence and had everything we needed within 1 week and never was asked to submit we were approved 2 months later. But adding to accounts we did online didn't have to call anyone, We didn't do wills but we did life insurance.

You only sent one tax return transcript even though you've been married for years? Where is the 2018 and 2020 transcript?

Also, what did you send for bank statements? Did you send every single bank statement for ALL the years you have been married? ALL pages of every statement? And do both of you actually use that account? It looks as if USCIS think that only both your names are on the account but it doesn't show that both of you actually use it. If it's not actively used by both of you then it's useless for evidence of co-mingled finances.

Let me give you a head up and anyone else that is in same situation. Uscis want to see a continuation of your marriage since you entered the u.s.a. so you are suppose to start documenting from the day you received your green card till the day you mail in your condition of remover. It should be in chronological order. I am not saying you should provide thousands of documents for example let's say you enter u.s 2018 your lease for 2018, if you don't own a house but atleast you ordered something that was mail in the house several times. Show you id card or license with both of your address showing thesame, you should be driving by now show your insurance with both names and address, two tax returns with same address , marriage filling jointly, bank statement, gifts you bought for her and all of this things should have dates on it orderly, you guys may be lease a car jointly. Uscis don't want you get documents from heaven. It's all those simple normal things genui. Couples do and share together that's what uscus need. You provided very little documentation. You filed tax and presented one return what happened to the other return. Do research don't rush and just mail documents thinking the burden is off your shoulder and you free off it. Cos it will still be return you as it did. Do research take all the time prepare quality documents.
