Hello  Miladk, Our NOA 1 came from Potomac, but when we chatted with EMMA the agent said our I-130 is at California service center too, I have seen some other people time lines here and the approval average  at California service center is 170 days after NOA 1(our is being actively reviewd since October 14, 54 Days ago,), I'm lucky because my wife is resident here in Brasil and we are staying together during this whole process. Our lawyer said that USCIS switch process throught services center all the time and wont be a surprise if NOA 2 come from a different SC. I think if the agent told you to send them a letter you should but, some people said its nothing we can do but wait and wait. Good luck to all of us.

Thank you Edtab and everyone. Gonna be applying for K - 3 visa now, just in case if the process will take too long. At least my wife will be able to come and visit. Will post any updates what CSC replies to me on my transfer request.

Filed 9/16 and changed to “actively  reviewing” 9/27.  Nothing since then.  We received two receipt notices, one from Nebraska then California with instructions to set up the online account.  The one in our notices online is from California so I am now thinking that is where we landed.  I have the attorney checking.

I think you are right. Yesterday I was on chat with live agent who told me that my case was transferred to CSC, however, he didn't want to tell me when did it happen. I was surprised that my case is at CSC since they supposedly have 2-2.5 years processing times for I-130 and I got AR status 20 days after filing

Same here!  Now I’m wondering if the AR actually means anything or if the processing times the government has posted are wrong…

No action. 110 days since my NOA1. In that time USCIS has released (probably) 150,000-200,000 "migrants" across the southern border into the interior of the USA. Probably granted another 10-20,000 advanced parole to southern migrants. And there are probably another 100,000+ getaways: detected on remote surveillance but understaffed USCIS agents are unable to apprehend because they are tied up tending to the "semi-legal" migrants.

And now our President has joined Germany in throwing Ukraine under the Putin bus.

So depressed.

Still waiting here as well....PD was Sept. 6th in Potomac....of course seen multiple people with a PD after mine in the Potomac already get their 130 approved....and my account says NOTHING.  My congressmans office wrote and were told (1 month ago) it was in pre-processing still....and that they work them in order....which obviously they do not.  My congressmans representative keeps telling me not to compare my case to others...but it is hard not to when USCIS says they work in order.....damn liars.  I guess we will see what LIES USCIS sends back to the congressman this time. So frustrating to go thru this .....maybe not even worth it and I will end up just having to move to his country instead because our government is so damn in capable of doing anything correctly or with integrity.

I mean, I agree that waiting sucks. If my wife were to move to me, it would legally take a maximum of 60 days // 2 months. But we are still relatively close to September. Try to stay patient and not check the cases daily. Definitely also don't compare yours to others. It sucks but we are all in this together.

Happy holidays!

I am not comparing myself to anybody here. I'm comparing myself to the 10,000+ "migrants" USCIS has let bypass the process since I wrote my prior post.

Not to mention the Afghans who are being given priority over those of us who are trying to have our spouses immigrate LEGALLY to the USA.

Hope everyone is hanging on there and we get some good news this year, very soon. 🙏

Ok lets put it into perspective here, they are fleeing a war torn country which had been occupied for 20 yrs. I think we can give them an exception in this case!

Agreed, but let them be vetted in a 3rd country and not the USA.  Many who have questionable cases, don't show up for their court date.

I-130 was approved on 1/12, and then the I-129F was denied the next day as expected.

I saw the PDF for the approval letter saying they are forwarding my application for the NVC, where they do the consular processing stuff. But there's no new tracking number so how do I track this next step? Will I received something else soon with more information?

I-130 (for my spouse)
