You should get it any day now. It's really a matter of the agent processing your case. Try to give them a call today

How do you call an agent?!  There is no one to speak to - and when you get an online agent they won't answer any questions outside of what service center. It's the craziest process ever no transparency at all and no recourse for failing to work cases.

I know the struggle. I myself called 3 times and they wouldn't give me any news other than saying: your case is processing normally....

But I've seen poeple saying that they they got updates and questions answered by uscis agents.. Idk how they did it but I think its worth trying.

Through ask Emma or uscis phone number but for the second option they will put you on hold for several minutes before you get attached to an agent. Ask the petitioner to call

Regarding phoning agents, I called to confirm my address change and got through to one after 30 mins in the queue and they basically told me the same info you can find out on their website and confirmed my service center. She said there was nothing that can be done to speed things up. There is no option to push progress on your case this way. I gathered they have virtually no communication with officers making decisions or anything they can flag in their system to prompt action.

Not sure this is true, but she told me the date that you can contact them for "outside normal processing times" is the deadline the officers reviewing the I-130's work by.

I try not to complain about this and stay optimistic, but I'm getting really impatient as we near the 1 year mark and I really miss my husband. I'm going to see him soon and I hope that by the time I return, there will be an answer. Putting positive vibes out there for us all.  🙏

Gosh, who knows. There is no rhyme or reason to how they process these it's so ridiculous. I don't understand how others go through so fast and then there those of us waiting and waiting. I know a guy who filed 130 in 2/2022 approved in June 2022 and visa approved July 2022. - the whole process 5 months and here we are still waiting.

When they get fast, the difference I noticed it's the spouse is already at USA and they are changing status only.

I talked to an agent today and I said I was wanting to see what notice was taken on my case (by the way, I didnt have one I was just seeing if it would work by me saying that) and he actually told me that yesterday an action was taken on my case. He said instead of it “being ready for review” it changed to “review” which he said means it’s in the hands of an adjudicating officer now. He said he can not tell me when it should be approved but that it shouldn’t be much longer. Really hoping I get an approval in two weeks

Im a October filer 2021. I dont if anyone is also on the lawfully site as well but, I just seen someone approved pd. September 10 2021. Cali center. Hope this helps someone get a better idea of where they are at.

I'm an October filer too. And the stress is real.

I saw the one who got approuved from Sept 10th. I think she's one of the luckiest as It can also mean that they started approuving September cases randomly. My case is at Cali center too so lets take this as a good sign 😁🤘

Congrats on your approval! I'm so happy for you guys, gives me hope that there's a light at the end of our tunnel soon as well.

I tried to follow your advice and the agent told me no action was taken and I will be informed once that happens. So I suspect you just called at the right time (or maybe spoke to the right person). Whichever way, you finally got the answer so celebrate and enjoy this first step towards your reunion. :)
