Just got our NOA2 approval!! After 384 days at CSC, my goodness. I'm thrilled but this process has been so painful. At least NVC is more transparent!

Update from August 2021 at Texas   PD date 23-Aug-2021 (NOA1) Texas Service Center "Case is Being Actively Reviewed by USCIS" update at 10:00 01-Nov-2021  NOA2: Petition APPRO

OMG!  Unexpected!!  I logged in my USCIS today and saw: November 9, 2021 Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS On the Document tab, i see I-130 Approval PDF with approval date of today!

Me too! It is affecting me so much now, my mental heath! I am crying randomly every day! Its too much!

It's exhausting for sure - especially when you know others that went through the whole process 130 to visa in hand in less time than you've been waiting just for the 130 to be processed....

Exactly! Im at 343 days today at California service center. Pd is 08/31/21 and I saw people today and yesterday with a pd one day before me get approved so I am really hoping mine is this week or next

I just woke up to the most amazing news!!! My husband’s I-130 got approved!!!!🥳🥳🥳🥳 Thankfully once I saw the email this morning I quickly went to the document section on the website and found the PDF ❤️ All my September submitters, they are already reviewing September so keep up the strength!  

 Total days processing: 311 days
Processing center: California  
PD: September 10th, 2021 
AR 1: August 9th, 2022 
Approval: August 9th, 2022

Totally get it. 311 days for me at the Potomac SC.

You should get it any day now. It's really a matter of the agent processing your case. Try to give them a call today

I will keep everyone updated with the NVC process part. I already contacted my lawyer for our next steps. Keep the faith up! They are processing August and September cases in California 👏

Gosh, who knows. There is no rhyme or reason to how they process these it's so ridiculous. I don't understand how others go through so fast and then there those of us waiting and waiting. I know a guy who filed 130 in 2/2022 approved in June 2022 and visa approved July 2022. - the whole process 5 months and here we are still waiting.
