Just checked and saw that I was being actively reviewed again as of July 16th. Looked in the documents section and there was an approval letter in there! Texas Service Center, NOA 1 09/29/2021. No K3. I’m so happy. Good luck to us all!! ❤️

Yay, Congratulations!

I am right there with you. I can’t contact them until Oct 2, 2022. I am already at 10.5 months for waiting on an approval. 321 days as of today! Hoping that I get my approval by the end of next month

I'm getting the same error. They say in the email that it may take 3 days for your login to be active. I assume that error is just because it's not ready yet.

Hi- I have the same PD date as you at California Service Center. I saw this as well, it's so frustrating and sad. Fingers crossed we hear back soon. 🥰

Hi everyone!!

Today we are reaching 300 days since we applied.

I'm trying to undestand why take so long to USCIS just to approve a petition!!

I have seen people from June this year already being approved, and us Sept/2021 fillers like many other fillers from 2021 still waiting and waiting for the incopetents agents to start look in to our papers!!!

This is so frustrating, you can't make plans or anything, makes you feel hopeless.

Sucks!!!!

Shukran :) Yes! Active review in February then again yesterday (the approval notice was in the documents section - case status still says active review)

I hope so too. I’m hoping I get my approval within the next 3 weeks. My PD is 08/31/21. I’m at California as well. I have seen a lot of 08/23 approvals from there so we should be next
