You need to ask for a live agent. That means you have to spam the chat a little bit asking to be connected to them but it will eventually prompt you for your case number and switch you over.

No updates here. Honestly I've given up and don't expect to be home until next summer.

Hi, how you know your case was transferred? I try to speak o chat with some live agent and I couldn't

That’s the only way I know how to inquire is to do the live chat and ask to speak with representative and they will tell you

Reminder that only works East Coast US business times roughly.

129f: March 4 and got denied : April 28 2022

I believe the 129f really helped and suggest filling it out after the i130 🫡

You paid an extra $500 to file the second form?

Nevermind, saw that it's free in some cases...

Anyone know if I could use this form without living in the US myself? We're currently both living overseas together, and would be entering the US together.

Also my update:

NOA1: Sept 18th, 2021, Nebraska Transferred to Texas

Went "Actively reviewing" back in February. No change since then.

I check with a representative said our case its at potomac service center.

We filled on september 21, 2021. Same day got receipt from Nebraska service center.

AR recieved February 11, 2022.

Still waiting, for may 21 we will be 8 months waiting 😵

I filed for my wife the same day, September 21. Same day response from Nebraska but it has apparently always been at Texas. AR was February 22 for us. Nothing since then.
