I just submitted a service request about not receiving my NOA2😂.

I just want them to work faster 😢

Where do you submit your inquiry? On the "Send us a Message" tab? Which option did you choose?

Also a huge congrats on your approval. :)

Thank you! It's a shame I can't do it because I'm living in Europe and they don't allow for foreign mailing addresses. Just as an FYI to anyone in a similar situation. I'm afraid to add a family member's address in the States in case they get confused and it delays the application further...

We got our I-130 approval today!!

I noticed a second AR, went into the documents section of the USCIS account and the approval was there!

PD - Sept 27, 2021

AR#1- Feb 20, 2022

AR#2 - Feb 28, 2022

Approval - Feb 28, 2022

Service Center: Nebraska

We did not file K3.

Hoping for quick approvals for everyone!

I'm feeling super jealous right now. My PD was Sept. 21 and my case began AR on February 22, but nothing has happened since then. I'm seriously desperate to get out of China at this point.

You're not alone. Since early September we've been patiently waiting despite an AR end of Jan and submitting K3 a month ago. I'll finally have to leave my husband to return to the US on my own this month because I need to be there for my job. God knows how long we'll be separated.

It's frustrating but we've got to hang in there. I know that to many on this thread that saw approvals, it also seemed like an endless wait. Soon it will be our turn. :)

I feel you. My PD was sept. 15 and waiting AR since Jan 28. 69 days already passed by but nothing happened. Hanging there, we're next !

I sure hope so. I wouldn't mind so much but my next chance to leave is this winter. If I miss that we will be stuck here in China until next summer, another 15 months from now. That is an absolutely brutal thought. I am miserable here already but can't leave without my wife. Meanwhile I haven't seen my family in 2 years, by then it would be more than 3, I just missed my mother's 70th birthday, and my father passed away during all of this time.

Sadly, I just spoke with someone using Ask Emma and apparently our case was transferred from Nebraska to Texas from the moment we submitted it.  Just brutal, heart breaking news for us considering how much further behind that puts our case.

Hi September-filers crew, I hope you're all doing well! I wanted to ask if any of you sent in a paper letter to your service center via snail mail. I've heard that this is a good way to bring attention to your case, but I was wondering what exactly to write in the letter. Does anyone have tips?

Hi how can you get the response from Emma aboit where service center it's your case? I try but Emma dont ask me where it's my case..

You need to ask for a live agent. That means you have to spam the chat a little bit asking to be connected to them but it will eventually prompt you for your case number and switch you over.

Hey September filers, it's been a while... Does anyone have updates? None on my side since I filed for K3 almost 60 days ago. I also asked them to correct an error they created on my K3 receipt and they missed their own service deadline by more than a week (still waiting). 🙄
