~ Moved from K1 Case Filing and Progress Reports to K1 P&P ~
 

It doesn’t say in the instructions to attach her I-94 record. It asks for info from the I-94 but I would still attach it if she’s currently in the US. People also include the printout of the I-94 record as one of the ways to fulfill the 2 year meeting requirement.

She's not in the US, but in her native country, and will remain there while I apply for the K1.  She no longer has the I-94, but does have her old passport with the stamp.  She was here once in 2007, and cannot get the electronic version of the form because that didn't exist at the time.

That question on the form asks for info only if beneficiary is in the US. She is not, so put N/A in the fields.
