Using a lease as proof of re establishing domicile…

I currently live in Ireland with my spouse, I’ve been here since January 2020 right after we got married. Our I 130 just got approved and we have just paid the two fees for NVC. For the I 864 I have to prove my intent to establish domicile, my parents will be writing up a lease agreement for us as we will be staying there when we get back. My question is on the lease should both me and my wife’s names be listed as tenants and both sign or should it only be in my name since she isn’t a green card holder yet? Has anyone done anything similar and what did you do and was it approved? Thanks for the help

OP probably not important for low fraud countries where it would be for an embassy like mine

but more important

1. have u filed US tax returns while living and /or working outside the US?

2. Do u have a US bank account?

3. Do u have a DL for that state?

4.  Intent is to show u have US residency not joint lease with family when most of us would live free with our parents

Yeah I have all of that, I just don’t want to get checklisted. No matter what I will be leaving in late January for my brothers wedding and won’t be coming back to Ireland, we were just hoping my wife could come back at that time too. So any delay in our application might cut it close so I was just trying to go down the kill them with proof route.

You don't have to write up a lease agreement. You can just have your parents write a letter of invitation stating they are allowing the both of you to stay in their home when you first arrive in the States. Have your parents provide proof of identity and then also ownership of the home/ proof of residence (e.g utility bill).
