I129 question

Hello

I just printed off the I129F. ANd I know I must submit my copy of the I130 NOA1 which is ok except one thing. THey mispelled my husband's name. I of course calle them right away and they said they will correct it within 45 days. (God forbid if I make a mistake thogh on my forms though ya know:)

Now for my I129f......it's pretty much the same as the I130 so I know how to fill it out. BUT.....can I still send it this week even though they mispelled my husband's name on the I130 NOA1 that they sent? I have the case number written down somewhere of the time I called to have them correct the mistake so should I write that down on the copy of the NOA1 with his name mispelled? I really dont want to wait 45 days or so before immigration gets to my husband's noa1 to correct his name in ordet to send in my I129f:( But then again I want the people who are looking at the I129 form to realize that my husband's name is Abdul Hakim, NOT AdballTakim:) lol

Sure, send it in. You might make a note in your cover letter about your phone call about the spelling.
