In honor of all those who have served as a result of 911

On this day (yesterday now, for me), in remembering 911, I think of my wife, Josephine, who as a result of that day "ensured safe transport of 505 Wounded Warriors", as stated in her Officer Performance Report. She likewise has earned the medal for the War on Terror Service Medal. I think of those in Special Forces she assessed who were riddled with gunshot wounds. I think of the most recent casualties she helped to care for who were wounded in Kabul in that attack. I think of the Afghans she has cared for who were recently evacuated. She also has been impacted because of that day. She is a great wife, a great mom, and a Patriot. She came to America from the Philippines, and serves her adopted country through military service. Her choice. God bless her

I think of the most recent casualties she helped to care for who were wounded in Kabul in that attack. She volunteered on her days off to care for recent Afghan evacuees at Ramstein Air Base. She also has been impacted because of that day. She is a great wife, a great mom, and a Patriot. She came to America from the Philippines, and serves her adopted country through military service as a United States Air Force nurse. Her choice. God bless her
