how long after you get a letter saying your case has been sent to the consulate do you get your appointment letter?

I had a “myaccount” set up for USCIS for all my forms DACA, I-130 and all the other needed forms for my process. If they aren’t on your account you can add them using the case number.

You have to pay visa fee $220 then it will arrive in about a month

I got it 1 week and half later after I arrived in united states so now just waiting on the green card
