if beneficiary has a child (2 years old) but this child is already a full US citizen, do we need to add this child to the immigration process because he lives abroad with his immigrant parent? child has a us passport and can travel anytime, but the question is will he need an affidavit or anything related to the process of beneficiary due at the visa interview?

Edit: the child will to move to the US at the same date with the beneficiary.

The child needs to be listed in the forms as part of family information, but he/she does not need a separate I-130 filed for him/her.
