Hey everyone, I pretty much have everything ready to submit for review but before I send it in I had two important questions:

1) Do I need a copy of my Birth Certificate? Or is my US Passport enough to show that I am a citizen? I have a Birth Certificate given to me from my town but it's not like a crazy government standard Birth Certificate.

2) On the I-129F form, Page 6, Section 38.a-38.h.......My beneficiary is not currently in the US, so I should technically not fill this section out? Although, she has been to the US before to visit me. For 38.e  it's asking for her passport #. Should I leave it blank since it's under the section of "if your beneficiary IS in the US currently"? I have photo copies of her Passport in the documents I am submitting but I don't want the USCIS agent to get mad about me leaving that space blank but I also don't want them to get confused think she is currently in the US.

Thanks for any input!
