Hi Everyone,

My daughter and myself had our i130's approved last October (IR1/IR3).

I'm about to pay the AOS and IV fee's online.

We were both given seperate NVC Case numbers.  Due to that, how do we only submit 1 AOS fee?      Or does CEAC allow me to proceed with the application with just paying 1 IV fee on one case, and the OAS and IV fee on the other?   I thought for some reason it doesn't let you proceed until all fees were paid on that screen.

Or is there a way to have just one case?

I had the same situation.  Only one AOS fee is paid.  I paid the spouse AOS and IV fee.  In 2 days, my stepdaughter's AOS fee showed paid as well, and I then paid her IV fee.

This is one way you know their cases are linked.  I'm submitting an extra document to NVC requesting that they stay linked for the whole process all the way to visa issuance.  Just in case.  Someone recently posted that their stepdaughter received her visa before the mother, and that would cause us issues, as far as moving, etc.

What are the IR-3 visa fees?

Depending on which application procedure you will follow, you must pay the fees associated with filing the forms as well as other supporting fees. The amounts are determined by USCIS, but in general, these are the fees that apply:

  • Form I-800A filing fee
  • Form I-800 filing fee
  • Form DS-260 processing fees
  • Form I-600A filing fee
  • Form I-600 filing fee
  • Translation fees
  • Fees to obtain supporting documents

Do you mean IR2 instead of IR3? IR2 is for biological, step-, and adopted children of US citizen. IR3 is for an adopted orphanhttps://www.dhs.gov/immigration-statistics/lawful-permanent-residents/ImmigrantCOA
