Hello all, does anybody have an update on DQ dates for EB-2 the US embassy in London is interviewing at the moment? Thank you.

The only recent data point in this forum I’ve found is in this thread, which was a Dec-20 DQ interviewing this month (Dec-21).  I have a Jan-21 DQ, so if they’re progressing logically then it feels like I’ll be coming up shortly, so I’ll be sure to post something. Not holding my breath though!

Today I got my letter (via email) from the NVC for a late Jan-22 interview. I was Jan-21 DQ. London. EB1.

Just wanted to add my note here! I was DQ'd in September 2021 (EB-3). Looks like from these data points it's about 12 months after DQ that EB interviews are happening, so hopefully I'll get my interview before the end of the year!

hey guys my case is DQ'ed in Oct 2021 however I haven't received any interview letter yet. The deadline for my job starting date is on 31st March 2020. Seeing how slow things r moving out,can i use this reason as leverage for file expedition?

It's definitely something you can request although whether it gets approved seems to be the luck of the draw. 

 

I've had conversations with a few who managed to get it through based on start date but they were in healthcare.

 

Also based on current estimates you should recieve your interview appointment date this month with your appointment being in April.

 

I would suggest booking your medical now so that it doesn't cause additional  delays when you do get an appointment as the medicals are fully booked about a month in advance.
