until u receive the NVC notice that says your interview is scheduled ,  you can't do the medical and u don't want to

need a document that comes with interview notice to get the medical scheduled

and a visa expires 6 months from date of the medical exam

so you have to hold off on this part

the USC should be getting the IRS tax returns and I864 to u as most embassies want to see those but i refer to others from Philippines to answer all other questions about documents and interview

best to u both

WHat was the latest interview and what was your DQ date?   Also, at what point can you schedule with ST Luke's?  Thank You

Once you are given an interview date, schedule St Luke about 3 days before. Medical almost always takes 2 days but some are completed in one. You do not want to do it any sooner because the you will have to leave the Philippines within 6 months from the first day of your medical. Sometimes you will be required to get more info after the interview. With the delays in everything due to Covid you do not want to make the window to leave even smaller.
