Will move to a different state after submitted ROC

I'll be moving to California soon but I just submitted the I-751 and got my receipt number as LIN (Nebraska Service Center).

Does anybody know if they'll transfer my case later to California Service Center?

Service centers are not assigned by your residence location.  However, USCIS "should" send the case to the appropriate LOCAL office if you and the sponsor properly notified them of your address change.

Fill that AR-11 for the immigrant and also the I-865 for the sponsor(s)

What does matter MOST is having the correct field office assigned for the interview.

Thanks for calling out the form that I need to submit! For the I-865, does my husband count as sponsor? We filed I-751 jointly and no other sponsor is involved.

Yes he files that. Spouse is always the primary sponsor.

Looks like you arrived on a K-1 and had an interview for your AOS, so you're at a good chance of having your ROC interview waived if you can provide enough evidence of a bonafide marriage. That means it doesn't matter where your case is at, they can approve you without sending/transfer your case anywhere. 

If you on the other hand needed an interview, then your case would be sent to your local field office where you would be interviewed. It's always important to update your address when you move either way, even if you have a case that is unlikely to be transferred to a field office. You don't want to miss out on letters from USCIS.

That'll be so great if they can waive the interview  The evidence we provided in ROC is almost the same as AOS except they are the most recent documents... like 2020 W2, same joint bank saving and investment account, same house mortgage, same car title and insurance... Hopefully this is considered as stable marriage to help waive the interview since there is no change in the last 2 years lol
