We haven't gotten the EAD or an interview date yet. We got a NOID in February, saying they needed our marriage certificate. Of course I sent it in the original packet, they even had it scanned in under the I-765 (I know they can't use the same one for different forms, but I sent a copy of it for each form). Anyway, I sent the marriage certificate in again right away and still haven't heard anything back yet! I'm very worried that we'll have to start all over. Status is still "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS". Does anyone have any thoughts on what may happen?

First of all, sorry hear that. Second do not worry they will now straight approve you EAD and send you Interview call.

Unfortunately, once/if RFE is issues, it automatically delays the whole process by atleast 30-40 days.

I received RFE, and I responded to my RFE within 30 minutes (Online) and posted physical deliveray within 12 hours, still they did not change the status online about them received evidence till 30 days.

Just after 30 days, they straight changed three status, EAD was approved, deficiency notice was issued and Interview call was sent, all withing 48 hours.

Thanks for giving me a little hope! It's been almost 3 months since the NOID was issued though... and I did respond right away by uploading it online, then also mailing one in! It doesn't even tell me if they received it.

My Green Card interview has been scheduled! It's at Newark, NJ.

We don't know the interview date yet. How long is the typical wait after the "interview was scheduled" notice?

For me, and I am sure to everyone, this is the only letter that does not come as PDF in your USCIS account.

The interview letter only comes as in post physically.

To me, it took normal 2-3 working days for the interview invitation letter to be delivered to our address.

I could not wait for the letter to know the date, and I went ahead and talked to EMMA on chat, and she told me the date over chat.
