Thanks my dear friend, hahhaha its an RFE my doctor filled out my medical incorrectly. Oh well… was telling my husb its ok, might work out for the better if we get decision after our 2nd year anniversary so i don’t have to pay for removing conditions lol as long as i have ead and hopefully we all get AP soon then it’s going to be ok

Oh wow! I would say incompetent doctor but,  sometimes God works in mysterious ways. As you said it may work out exactly how you are wishing and the decision will come after your 2nd anniversary. How long did they give you to respond to the RFE?

That is unprofessial and mean an sorry. So it took them 2 monrhs to realize that really??? Hoping your 2 years is soon too🙏🏽

First of its kind, the doctor who did this terrible thing and because of their action you lost time of your life, resources, and money, even though no compensation can fulfill this gap, the doctor should at least apologize and give you 2 years of free healthcare if not a lifetime.

Lol i hope he doesn’t charge me again when I see him. Can’t really mess with him I don’t want him making another mistake and nor would I want him to do this intentionally.

Did the doctor's office provide a copy of the medical for you? Make sure they do so you can double-check it yourself

Yeah i didnt think to read before i submitted the copy lol oh well… i’m am here now waiting for the new form to be signed - happy they let me come in today to solve asap.  I will defo review after i get it

Hi everyone. Just had my interview on the April 20th, NY City. We got verbal approval and in less than 24 hours our case changed to approved. We got a very nice and sweet lady that was easy to talk to. Sent our AOS September 1st!

Ok, just got my medical examination SEALED invopole from doctor. 

 

Now. slowly I am going to start harming trees and printing documents for the interview on first week of MAY

 

Question: Shall I print everything again, I mean the things I sent in my pacakge?

Hey everyone! So I just checked my case today, am still waiting for an interview at Fort Myers, my EA was just approved today and they're issuing my card now, I'm most worried about the AP cause my mom has been sick and really need to travel, I see no change on its status though, makes me think this is not a combo card anymore, is it?
