Hello, this isn’t regarding AOS progress but if anyone is in state of Utah adjusting status you can successfully obtain a driver license :) just thought I’ll let you guys know! It’ll be limited until green card/combo card is obtained and good for one year!

So I saw earlier someone had an RFE for an expired I-864. Mine was valid until September 30 2021 (current edition). I shouldn’t have any issues seeing as my packet was mailed and delivered before then correct?

Hello Guys!

About to send my pack on Friday 24th, Just final checks, if you can confirm please

Trying dodge lawyers fees, so applying by myself

I am applying as spouse and my wife is USC

Sending:

i-130 = main petition
I-130A= beneficiary info
I-864 = affidavit of support
i-485 = adjustment of status
i-765 = employment
i-131 = travel authorisation
I- 693 = medical records
G-1145 = notification

Q1: Is there anything missing? i.e. any I-xyz

Q2: Considering my I-XYZs above, how many photos should I include, please?

Q3: How much money should be in total, please?

Q4: The cheques should be seperate or one big combine cheque of total amount?

Many thanks in advance

It’s the current form according to USCIS’ website, so you should be good.

This looks like all the forms we filed. Do you have all the supporting documentation for each?

Also It’s 2 photos of your wife for the I-130, and 2 each of you for the I-485, I-131 and I-765 I believe. That’s what we did

I think it’s safe to write two separate checks and write what each is for in the memo section. Should be $535 for the I-130 and $1225 for the I-485

1. Everything’s correct.
2. 2 passport photos of US citizen petitioner, 6 passport photos of the applicant/beneficiary

3. $1225 for the I-485, $535 for the I-130.
4. Should be two separate checks, payable to “U.S. Department of Homeland Security”

The work permit fee is waived when you file together with I-130 and I-485. The biometric fee is already included in the $1225, I-485 payment.
