I'm currently on H1B, and have applied for AOS. I-130/I-485 Concurrent filing.  Hope I am not in the wrong forum. 😕

I'm doing the same as you (AOS from H1B). I think we're supposed to post here, but as far as AOS filing and status reports go, we're on the same timeline as people going from K1/K3, since we're all family based as opposed to people in the other sub that may be employment based AOS. So this sub is more appropriate and certainly more active.

Wanted to refresh my timeline in here again:

 

Sent packet:

09/24/2021 - FedEx overnight service $104
10/02/2021 - Money has gone from the account (sent two CITIBANK cheques (not money order nor credit card))
10/04/2021 - Four letters received. Acknowledgment/receipts for I-130, I-485, I-765, and I-131
10/08/2021 - Online USCIS website status checked by entering receipt number (Biometrics Appointment was Scheduled on 2nd Oct
10/09/2021: Received 2 letters, biometrics, and ONLINE ACCESS CODE for I-130 petition together (biometrics appointment is on 27th Oct. was scheduled on 2nd Oct.) waiting for online access code for rest of the petitions
10/12/2021: Received physical letter in the post that has ONLINE ACCESS CODE for all other petitions i.e. I-485, I-765 and I-131
10/27/2021 - Biometrics done status changed to Actively Reviewing 

 

Case background: Applied as spouse to USC, no dependents, no kids, first marriage ever, married since 7 years, we lived 5 years in the UK, a British citizen. We have approve K1 petition in past (2015), current entry to USA is ESTA

(Self-made application - no lawyers/solicitors were used)

 

 

It will be nice if you all just re-post your timeline, please (pure timeline)

Hi everyone! I was looking for this September group for a while.
I don't have every date of every step on my case but basically my timeline is: 
9/13 - package sent by mail (applied after K1) 
9/16 - "Case received"
10/18 - Biometrics appointment date

I think they just used the case status checker to query the receipt numbers in sequence before and after their own

So i was checking other people IOE from same day and i saw a few with card delivery notices… doesnt say if its ead or gc… just wondering when there will be movement again… i checked timelines here and in CLE FO It seems like 2-3 months from bio to interview so i am crossing my fingers i get an update in q1 2022.

So, in "verifying case status" you put the numbers of your IOE but you change the numbers after the 13 or the last two?
