@ltlbnna It's great that you finally got your bio done.

 

Hopefully, the error in reading your prints doesn't cause any delays. I've seen where people have gone to there interviews and after the interview they've been told that they have to redo their biometrics before the case can be adjudicated, because the FBI couldn't complete the background check because of incomplete biometrics.

04/12/2022 - SS Card was delivered  to me

04/13/2022 - Card Was Delivered To Me By Post Office

I have my paperwork (i dont know why they gave to me) and it says no match… so maybe they ran it already and no match means they dont really care what my prints look like? Hmmmmmmm…..

Access Code I-797C says:

I-130 is in National Benefits Center, Missouri (Processing Time is not available on USCIS website) 

I-485 is in National Benefits Center, Kansas

Guys, i have a question. My 485 and 765 are now in actively being reviewed but my 130 is still the same as 1st noa. Do you guys have the same? I dont care much about 131 bec i know 765 and 131 are processed together…. Any thoughts/observations/insights?

Yes, that is the same with me as well. However, the I-130 is directly for the petitioning USC so movement on that case is separate.

Hi! I remember asking the same question and there were about 3 people last month still waiting… 2 of 3 are done with bio so there just 1 more person other than you that i am aware of

Are u filing for AOS or H1B? Sorry just noticed your timeline, we maybe looking at different wait times here… we are all AOS so maybe not a good comparison?
